You've doubtless heard about
the legendary visibility and water clarity that
exists around Cozumel island, as well as some of
the world's best coral reefs. No need to
miss out because you're staying in Playa del
Carmen! Cozumel is just a 40 minute ferry
ride away. These trips
will open you up to the wonders of Cozumel scuba
diving.
Gaze in wonder at the massive
barrier reef, with it's brightly colored walls
and incredible formations. Watch for sea
turtles, manta rays, stingrays, spiny lobsters,
crabs, giant game fish like marlin or sailfish,
or even possibly a whale shark. Also scour
the walls and you'll find an amazing ecosystem
thriving with life.

Cruise Passengers: Yes! If
you're stopping in Cozumel, this is a great
cruise excursion for you. Leaves too early
for Calica passengers, however.
