TOUR THE TULUM MAYAN RUINS
|
Tulum
is one of the most unique and memorable
Mayan ruins sites that you'll ever see.
While the ruins site is not as impressive
as Chichen Itza, Tulum holds the distinction
of being the only walled city in the
Mayan Empire, and most memorably, is
set on a cliff top high over the Caribbean
Sea, acting as a lookout against the
approaching Spanish Armada. This
setting is one of the most beautiful
you'll see anywhere - the beach below
was rated as the 4th best in the world
by National Geographic, and the
Caribbean is as beautiful as you could
ever imagine. The palms are blowing
in the ocean breeze, just a phenomenal
photo opportunity.

Our Advice: If you're on a cruise ship, plan
on the Private Tulum tours for 6 hours. The
longer tours won't work for most schedules.
Otherwise, the Zip Line & Tulum is a great combo!

TULUM
TOURS
FAQ's
Q: I'M ON A CRUISE SHIP - CAN
I DO THESE TOURS?
A: Any private tour of 6 hours or less should work
for you just fine. They are fully customizable, so
it can be adjusted to fit your ship schedule. The
longer tours are generally not suitable for cruise excursions.
Q: HOW FAR AWAY IS TULUM?
A: Tulum is about a 45 Minute drive from Playa del
Carmen.
Q: SHOULD I TOUR TULUM OR ANOTHER
RUINS SITE?
A: For cruise passengers, Tulum is the best option.
It's close, doesn't take too long to tour, and is highly
memorable. For hotel guests, we always recommend Chichen
Itza, but if the drive seems too long, then Tulum is a great
option. You'll always remember looking out over that
sea. Then you have the rest of the day to do as you
please.
