FLIGHT ARRIVAL INFORMATION
Date - Type in the date you are arriving
in Cancun. Please type it like this: July 23, 2006.
This avoids confusion because in Europe they list
the day first, while in the U.S. you list the Month
first.
Time - The scheduled arrival time of your
flight (from your ticket) - please remember to tell
us if it's AM or PM. PLEASE NOTE:
SHUTTLES ARE ONLY AVAILABLE BETWEEN 8:00 AM AND
8:00 PM SO MAKE A NOTE OF YOUR FLIGHT TIME.
Private transfers run 24 hours a day, so if you
can't make a shuttle you can always do private
transfers.
Airline - The name of the airline you'll
be arriving on (i.e. American Airlines or Alaska
Airlines).
Flight # - The flight number you'll be
arriving on as shown on your ticket.
Hotel - The Name of the hotel or condo
we'll drop you off at. If staying at a private
residence please type the address. Do this
even if you're getting dropped off at the Isla
Mujeres or Cozumel ferry piers.
FLIGHT DEPARTURE INFORMATION

Time - The scheduled departure time of
your flight (from your ticket) - please remember
to tell us if it's AM or PM. You do not need
to request a pickup time. We know when to
pick you up based on your hotel and departure time.
We'll let you know when and where with your confirmation.

needs (i.e. you need a car seat for your child,
you have a wheelchair, etc), or would like to tell
us anything else you think we should know, this
is where you can tell us. If staying at a
private residence, it is helpful to tell us the
telephone number there, or your cell phone
number so we can contact you while you are in
Cancun if needed.
