Coordination and pickup processes were smooth, and our driver was friendly, helpful with baggage, and got us to our destination safely. The only feedback I’d leave is regarding payment - we paid a deposit online with the remaining balance to be paid in cash to the driver. When we received the pickup reminder via email, it still stated that we had an outstanding payment, which caused a bit of confusion. I assume it’s just a formality since the cash payment wouldn’t have been logged in the system yet. No big deal though, as we didn't encounter any issues once the driver arrived to drop us back off to the airport. Regardless, PDC Tours offered the best value from all my research, and I would happily book with them again and refer them to friends and family. Thank you so much! (I wish I had gotten our driver’s name - my apologies!)

Book them for a round trip from cancun to playa del Carmen. Good price and good customer service. Only issue is that the driver drop is at 10 minutes walk from the Airbnb so make sure you get drop in front of your place he told us it was a pedestrian street but it wasn’t be aware of that. Aside from that everything was fine on time good driver good card good customer service.
