Q: I'M ON A CRUISE SHIP - CAN I DO THESE TOURS?
A: Yes!  Well, usually at least.  If you have any issues booking, just contact us and we can usually work it out for you, depending on what ship you are arriving on.

Q: ARE YOUR DOLPHIN SWIMS IN A POOL OR IN THE OCEAN?
A:  For the South dolphin swims, it takes place in natural ocean water and is located in a marina area where sea water flows naturally.  For the North dolphin swims, it's more of a large pool area where the swims take place.

Q: HOW FAR FROM MY HOTEL ARE THESE DOLPHIN SWIMS LOCATED?
A: We have two locations.  The first is 15 minutes north of Playa del Carmen, serving the Northern Riviera Maya, while the other is 15 minutes south of Playa del Carmen, serving the Southern Riviera Maya including Puerto Aventuras, Akumal and Tulum.  If you are staying in Playa del Carmen's downtown, both are about the same distance.  For guests staying in Playacar hotels the southern one is a little bit closer.
