Cruise Passengers: Sorry, but this tour is not compatible with most cruise ship schedules. However, you can do our Private Xel Ha Express and enjoy the park all day.

When: Tuesday to Sunday from 9:45 AM to 6:30 PM.

Where: Pickup at your Playa del Carmen or Riviera Maya hotel, or meet at the ferry pier downtown.

OUR ADVICE

Xel Ha is a wonderful place. It is among the top 5 attractions in Playa del Carmen. It's smaller than Xcaret, but with better snorkeling and of course the all-inclusive package for real luxury.

Note: Only biodegradable, chemical free sunscreen is allowed inside Xel Ha Park.

Dolphins Programs: Swim with dolphins activities are available at the park but are not included in the price of this tour. We suggest to book in advance and not only do you ensure yourself a spot, but you can save 15% or more, sometimes up to 25%. Please note that Playa del Carmen Tours does not sell the dolphins tickets.

Cozumel Guests: This tour departs from Playa del Carmen. You'll need to take the Xailing Ferry from Downtown Cozumel to meet the tour. The first ferry from the island starts at 6:30 am.

Trip to Xel-ha was very good, service was good, foods were good and we had a great time Trip to Chichen Itza, was very good too. The service was great. Alberto the driver was friendly & helpful. Kenya who was our tour guide was excellent, knowledgeable and accommodating & attentive. I give Alberto & Kenya 5 Stars reviews. We’ll definitely use your company again in the future and refers it to my friends as well. Thank you!!!
