Join us for a visit to beautiful Moche Reef in Playa del Carmen for a fun and exciting snorkeling excursion that won't take up your whole day. This shallow reef bustles with tropical fish and other marine life, and the visibility is excellent, allowing the brilliant colors of the coral to come out. Your PADI certified snorkeling guide will take you on a tour of the reef, helping you to spot amazing and unusual creatures along the way. The current is light and the water is normally calm. Keep an eye out for spotted eagle rays! A great way to experience the coral reefs of Playa del Carmen!Moche Reef Snorkeling Tour Reviews
"We went to the Moche reef and saw tons of fish. Had so much fun we went back to see the Inha reef. Countless marine life to see!"
"The reef is very active with multiple types of brightly colored coral throughout. There is an abundance of sea life in large schools of fish. The water was crystal clear and the reef large enough that even though there were other snorkel tours around, we never ran into any of them. Our guide was patient and slow. We think this is certainly the best snorkel tour we’ve been on in this area, and this reef provided some of the best snorkeling experiences we’ve had. For us it was the perfect way to spend a couple of hours on a sunny afternoon."
"We snorkeled the Moche reef, second only in size to Great Barrier - turquoise blue waters like we've never seen before and a fantastic abundance of fish and corals (and yes we saw a stingray)!"
